The Emory Knee Radiography Dataset [MRKR]

The Emory Musculoskeletal Imaging Dataset is comprised of knee radiographs along with clinical data such as pain scores, diagnosis codes, and associated procedures. This dataset will bring new valuable insights to knee osteoarthritis research. The dataset contains over 100,000 images from 20,000 unique patients, making it one of the largest musculoskeletal datasets of its kind. Researchers may utilize this dataset to better identify the relationship between pain and osteoarthritis and understand the effectiveness of different treatments and procedures. This will ultimately improve the quality of life for patients with osteoarthritis and form a better understanding of the disease overall. We plan to expand this dataset to include MRI studies and other joints such as hips, shoulders, ankles, and more!
